Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days following purchase. 
If the item appears damaged/faulty upon arrival, please send us a picture of the item as well as order number. We will provide you with a shipping label and will gladly exchange or provide a full refund. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses if an exchange is required (excluding damaged items). If you are needing to exchange an item, please send us an email with the following details; Name, date package is being returned, size/item you would like to exchange for. *Please note; we do not allow refunds on items at this time (excluding damaged items).*

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. Please notify us once you have shipped the item(s) requiring an exchange, as well as including size/item you would like to exchange for. We unfortunately can not exchange worn items. Sale items and gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale items and gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded. *Please keep in mind refunds are only applicable to damaged items*
