Refund Policy for Incorrect Size Orders

We understand that ordering the correct size is important, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’ve ordered the wrong size, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please double-check your size before placing your order to ensure it is correct.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale items and gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded. *Please keep in mind refunds are only applicable to damaged items*

 

Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges up to 30 days following purchase. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses if an exchange is required (excluding damaged items). If you are needing to exchange an item, please send us an email with the following details; Name, date package is being returned, size/item you would like to exchange for.
