We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in the case of damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us with the following information: your name, the date the package is being returned, and the size or item you would like to exchange for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale items and gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded. *Please keep in mind refunds are only applicable to damaged items*
